  We first met Andrea Tucker when we were looking to purchase a home down the South Coast. Even then she was the only agent in the area who took a proper interest in our needs and was professional and lovely. Now a few years down the track we needed to sell our home in Ulladulla and we made the huge mistake of using a different agent.. our house sat on the market for what seemed like an eternity until we decided it was time to make changes.. We contacted Andrea and her team and straight away she made us feel confident in our descision. Andrea did a total overhaul of our listing and implemented fresh techniques to help our sale along.. almost instantly we had massive interest in our property and within 3 WEEKS she had us a purchase!
  We are extremely happy and would reccomend Andrea to anybody who is in need of an agent in her area. Proffesionalism, Great local knowledge, Results and a wonderful manner..always answering all our messages and emails promptly.

  The management of the company, Tucker Real Estate, that excelled at prior levels seem believing in the business of being human-concentric-first - w/ pace and - w/peace!
  
  This Real Estate company is mostly-organically grown with over-humbled tag line - "The name friends recommend", The area and the people allows to connect the handful people with the mid-unicorn properties.
  
  Yet a long way to go, to rather a established-solid client base supported by auto-network of referred new sales. Wish #GoodLuck as a local agency with focus on attention highly personalized approaches and the fact that they got few well mentioned success in the last years' path to the process as ambitious possibilities.

  Just had the best stay at one of Tucker Real Estates holiday houses. Great staff and excellent communication in the lead up as well as throughout my stay. 5 stars all round!

  This is a review of a property managed by Tucker Real Estate. Probably deliberately, reviews of properties managed by Tucker Real Estate are restricted on their website to 60 characters only. Hence, I am leaving this full review here.
  
  We enjoyed our time at “Narra Time” in January 2019, a home in Narrawallee managed by Tucker Real Estate as a holiday rental property.
  However, we were disappointed the house was not clean on our arrival. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there was sand in the showers, there was an old cake of soap in the shower, the basin in the vanity in the bathroom was dirty, and there were even poo stains in the toilet. It was Saturday evening when we arrived. Given the time, we did not call the managing agent (we didn’t think it warranted an “emergency call”), and we set to cleaning the home before we unpacked our things.
  We rang Tucker Real Estate agent first thing on Monday to report how we found the property. Tucker Real Estate offered to have a cleaner sent to the property. We declined this offer, as we had already cleaned the property, and had unpacked our belongings.
  At departure, we left the property cleaner than when we found it.
  In further email correspondence with the Tucker Real Estate we emailed photos of the property on our arrival to document how dirty we had found the property. We requested the charged cleaning fee be returned to us. This request was denied. Tucker Real Estate claimed “Their hands were tied” as the owner refused.
  Additionally, the property did need some minor maintenance. For instance, the tap in the kitchen sink kept falling off.
  Whilst we enjoyed our stay at “Narra Time”, and the property is very close to a lovely beach, we really did not enjoy having to clean the property on our arrival. We were really frustrated that we still had to pay for a cleaning fee.
  Whilst the review reflects poorly on the owners of this property it also reflects badly on Tucker Real Estate, the agent managing this holiday rental property.
  Finally, the fact clients can only leave reviews restricted to 60 characters on the Tucker Real Estate website review page suggests the agent is trying to limit the reviews by previous customers.
